CLINTON, Tenn. (AP) - The Tennessee Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash on Interstate 75 in which a tractor-trailer truck struck a stopped car.
Police say a commercial vehicle was changing lanes when traffic slowed down to allow for the lane change, the first tractor trailer slowed down, but the second did not.
