He received his Juris Doctorate degree, with honors, from Stetson University College of Law in 1984. Bob Edwards received his B.A. in Biology from Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas in 1991, and his Juris Doctorate degree from William H. Bowen School of Law in Little Rock in 1998. Prior to joining Wilkes & McHugh, P.A. in 2003, Mr. Edwards served as Chief of Staff in the Arkansas Attorney General's Office. He is licensed to practice law in Arkansas, Kentucky, Pennsylvania and Tennessee.

Jim Freeman received his undergraduate degree, with high honors, from the University of Florida in 1975. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Boston University School of Law in 1978. Mr. Freeman began his practice in the trial section of Shackelford, Farrior, Stallings & Evans, P.A., after which, he joined Shear, Newman & Hahn, P.A. where he was a shareholder and member of the Board of Directors. He is licensed to practice law in Arizona, Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi, and Tennessee.

Bennie Lazzara Jr. has been with Wilkes & McHugh, P.A. since 1997 and has dedicated his trial expertise to championing the cause of the elderly, as well as fighting for victims of a variety of crimes and injustices. He has been involved in the trial of nursing home cases that resulted in several multi-million dollar, record-setting jury verdicts in Florida, Arkansas, Mississippi, Pennsylvania and California. Melody Piazza received her undergraduate degree and her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 1982 and 1985, respectively. Prior to joining Wilkes & McHugh, P.A. in 2001, Ms. Piazza practiced with the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney in Sebastian County from 1985 to 1987, and then in Pulaski County from 1987 to 2001, where she served as the Chief Deputy Prosecutor. She is licensed to practice law in Arkansas, Kentucky, Pennsylvania and Tennessee.
